Shipping & Returns
At Mac's Jerky, we want to make sure that our customers receive their orders quickly and efficiently. We offer standard shipping to the continental 48 states, with a delivery time of 5-7 business days. Our packaging is designed to ensure that our beef jerky arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, every time. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
We are confident that you will love our beef jerky, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges*. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
