Mac's Jerky was proudly born in Tampa/ Wesley Chapel Florida by former U.S. Army Infantryman William "Mac" McConnell. Mac believes that great jerky is made with heart, integrity, and premium ingredients. Therefore at Mac's Jerky we aspire to be one of the most charitable veteran-owned companies in the United States while fulfilling that craving for beef jerky flavors that no other company can deliver.

Mac's Jerky is a Family & Veteran owned and operated small business based out of Wesley Chapel Florida. We started out with the desire for nutritious, appetizing, and most importantly flavorful beef jerky options. With ours, friends' and family's advice, we took some of ours and their favorite flavor combinations and infused them into Mac's Jerky. Thus, at Mac's Jerky we believe that great jerky is made with heart, integrity, and premium ingredients thereby providing a variety of flavorful combinations that will satisfy almost any craving or taste.
